Algunos historiadores ubican su fecha de nacimiento en 1840, en los tiempos de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Confederaci%C3%B3n_Argentina\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Confederaci\u00f3n Argentina<\/a>.<\/strong> Desde all\u00ed hasta nuestros d\u00edas, el baile y la alegr\u00eda son sin\u00f3nimos constantes de esta verdadera fiesta nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La historia de Gualeguaych\u00fa est\u00e1 relacionada al arte y la cultura, a la pol\u00edtica y al deporte, a su gente trabajadora del campo y la ciudad. Gualeguaych\u00fa tuvo y tiene una vida rica en tradiciones, pero ha quedado marcada para siempre por el Carnaval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es cierto que el Cors\u00f3dromo ha disparado el desarrollo del turismo en la ciudad. No estar\u00eda mal hablar de un turismo de Carnaval. Plenas de color y alegr\u00eda<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No todo lo que brilla es Carnaval<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La gente viaja a Gualeguaych\u00fa para disfrutar una noche de Carnaval. Despu\u00e9s tiene todas las dem\u00e1s opciones. El r\u00edo, las playas, el complejo de Las Termas. La posibilidad de disfrutar y descansar en las caba\u00f1as y complejos hoteleros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchos gualeguaychenses esperan el verano para abrir sus casas y alquilar habitaciones para el turista. Otros, incluso, alquilan sus casas y se van a vivir a un lugar m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o para hacer un dinero extra en el verano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No est\u00e1 mal decir que durante diez meses \u201cEl Rey Momo\u201d duerme, pero la ciudad sigue despierta. Las opciones de turismo en la ciudad son muy diversas. Para los fan\u00e1ticos, el Carnaval tiene su museo, pero hay m\u00e1s cosas para hacer. El clima es amigable y el r\u00edo siempre es una opci\u00f3n. Todos los meses hay fiestas para disfrutar de una tradici\u00f3n en Gualeguaych\u00fa: el asado con cuero. Las playas p\u00fablicas, como las del Balneario Municipal, son atractivas para visitarlas todo el a\u00f1o, no solo en el verano. Gualeguaych\u00fa es una ciudad para disfrutar y conocer. El Cors\u00f3dromo ha contribuido en ese sentido, y mucho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta la pandemia del COVID-19, el Cors\u00f3dromo ha sido epicentro de recitales de bandas de rock y festivales art\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra tradici\u00f3n en Gualeguaych\u00fa es el desfile de las carrozas estudiantiles. En el a\u00f1o 2003 el Congreso Nacional la declar\u00f3 Fiesta Nacional y tambi\u00e9n se llevan a cabo en el Cors\u00f3dromo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a
